Founder Rose Verde is more than a certified Pilates Mat instructor; she is a student of the body and soul. With a diverse background in performance, spirituality, and psychology, Rose understands that physical movement is an emotional and spiritual act.

While we offer group mat classes, we believe that true transformation begins with a Private Session. Before you can flow with a group, you must understand your own unique anatomy. In a 1-on-1 setting (Virtual or In-Person), we will:

Teach you the fundamental concepts of Classical Pilates.
Ensure you are engaging the correct muscles to prevent injury.
